The girls at the desk where you receive your players card were all very sweet and helpful. We got lucky enough to board the ship just in time before its departure. Our most recent trip was yesterday, October 23rd. I became very sea sick on our second trip, but that's about it. My father and I have cruised on the Big M Casino ship multiple times since he's been here visiting.
